Products are carefully wrapped and shipped via Priority Mail (2-3 business days), Express Mail (1-2 business days), and Ground (5-7 business days). ShopMyBeautyFarm.com collects 6% sales tax (by law) from customers residing in Maryland. Shipping to someone else?

If you would like any portion of your order shipped directly to the giftee, make a note in the comment box during checkout. Include the "To" and "From" info and any message you would like to include. Your satisfaction with ShopMyBeautyFarm.com products are important to us! Product that is unopened (safety seal intact) and unworn merchandise may be returned within 14 business days for store credit. No cash or credit refunds will be given for returns. Due to the nature of some of our products, the dog shirts are not returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Kindly wrap products in a secure shipping box to avoid breakage. We suggest sending returns with delivery confirmation or tracking number. ShopMyBeautyFarm.com cannot be held responsible for return products that do not have a tracking number.

Please call customer service toll-free at (877) 743-5477 to authorize a return for store credit, excluding shipping. For product that has been damaged in shipping, a replacement product will be sent free of charge.
